The Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) was recently updated. It appears that you initiated an e-signature request or saved portable form data before that update. Therefore, the e-signature request or saved portable form is now invalid and a new TEAS application must be prepared using the updated form. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
