The Trademark fee schedule was updated on January 18, 2025. This update included new fees that are not compatible with prior filings. If you were not able to submit your filing by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 17, 2025, you will have to start again with a new form. Initial application forms are no longer available in TEAS; please use Trademark Center to file an application instead.
